What exactly is the Inner Lab?
It's a guided implementation programme and an ongoing community โ not a course you watch and forget. You start with a step-by-step process that walks you through strengthening your offer, content, sales, website and personal brand, and programme. Alongside it, you get five custom AI systems built for each of those areas, plus me in the room with you to help you actually build and implement โ not just take notes. When the guided part finishes, you stay inside the community for continued feedback, resources, and support as your business grows.
Do I need experience using AI?
Not at all. The Inner Lab works whether you're completely new to AI or already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM every day. I've spent a long time helping educators go from "I've opened ChatGPT twice" to running real AI systems in their business โ so wherever you're starting, you'll be met there. The focus is never on how many tools you know; it's on using AI effectively, ethically, and in a way that still sounds like you.
Do I need to be "techy" to use the AI systems?
No. This is the part I take real care with. The five AI systems are built with you and set up so they fit your business, your voice, and the way you actually work โ you don't need to know how to code or engineer prompts. I've been building custom AI bots and workflows for educators one-to-one for a while now, and the whole point of turning that into the Inner Lab is that you get the results of that work without having to become a developer to do it.
Is this only for language teachers?
It's designed with language tutors and communication coaches in mind, and a lot of the examples will speak directly to that world. But the underlying work โ packaging your expertise into a clear offer, building content and sales systems, and moving beyond hourly delivery โ applies just as well to independent educators, trainers, subject tutors, and coaches across other specialisms. If you teach or coach something you're genuinely good at and want to build a real business around it, you'll be at home here.
What if I don't have a clear offer or programme yet?
That's completely fine โ for many people, that's exactly why they join. You don't need a finished offer, a programme, or even a firm niche to start. Part of the Inner Lab is getting clear on who you serve and shaping something valuable and sellable from what you already know. If you've got half-formed ideas, too many ideas, or just a strong sense you're meant to be building something bigger than hourly lessons, you're in the right place.
When does it start โ and is there a waitlist discount?
We're working to launch the founding cohort very soon. Rather than lock in a date we might move, we're opening the waitlist first โ and everyone on it hears the confirmed start date before anyone else. How much will it cost?
Full pricing is shared with the waitlist before doors open to everyone else. Because this is the founding cohort, the price will be the lowest it will ever be โ and waitlist members get an additional discount on top of that founding rate. If cost is a factor in your decision, the waitlist is the single best place to be: you'll see the numbers first and get the best possible entry point before places fill.
How much time will I need each week?
The Inner Lab is a build, not a binge-watch โ so it does ask for real commitment. Plan for around 2โ3 hours a day during the guided cohort to attend sessions, work through the material, and actually implement what you build. That might sound like a lot on top of a full teaching schedule, but this is the work that changes the shape of your business โ and the AI systems are specifically designed to give that time back, taking over the planning, content, and admin that currently eat your evenings. Put the hours in here, and you're buying back far more of them later.
What if I can't always attend live?
You'll still get everything. Sessions are recorded and kept in the resource library, so you can catch up whenever it suits you and around your teaching schedule. The community stays open between sessions too, so you can ask questions, share what you're building, and get feedback even when you can't make a call in real time. The more you show up and implement, the more you'll get out of it โ but life happens, and the Inner Lab is built to flex around yours.
